My holy grail for very oily, textured skin

Best toner I've ever used ( for dry, red, sensitive skin )
I have super dry skin with a lot of hyperpigmentation. This toner isnt stripping, its super gentle, has a good consistency. I will buy in bulk. This has helped my skin so much i do love this. Its not for everyone but its a great product with a good price from my stand point
