Step 1: Prep your skin. Apply the Sculpting Activator Gel generously to the treatment area --- a conductive medium is required for microcurrent to work effectively.

Step 2: Select your level. Start on Level 1 and gradually increase based on your comfort. Note: how you feel the current can vary day to day based on hydration, mineral levels, and other factors --- always start low.

Step 3: Get sculpting. Glide the Microcurrent Body Sculptor over the treatment area using slow, intentional strokes. Follow the natural contours of your body and work in the direction of lymphatic flow where possible.

Step 4: Enhance conductivity. Spritz the Transdermal Magnesium Spray over the treatment area during your session to keep the Activator Gel hydrated, boost conductivity, and enhance recovery benefits.

Use for 10 minutes per area, 3--5 times per week. Rotate areas and use consistently for best results.
