Q
How do I use this and how do I clean it?
Asked by Vic
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
Using a Derma roller 1. Before using your derma roller, make sure that it is clean and sanitized. 2. Wash your face thoroughly and pat it dry so that it is clean and free from oil or dirt. 3. Gently roll the derma roller over your face, using moderate pressure. Be sure to roll in all directions (vertical, horizontal, and diagonal) for best results. 4. After you have rolled over your entire face, apply a moisturizer or serum to soothe the skin. Cleaning a Dermaroller 1. Rinse the derma roller with warm water to remove any debris. 2. Fill a small cup or bowl with isopropyl alcohol (at least 70% concentration). 3. Place the derma roller in the cup or bowl of alcohol for at least 5-10 minutes to let the alcohol disinfect the needles. You can also use an ultrasonic cleaner for additional cleaning. After disinfecting, rinse the derma roller with warm water and let it air dry.Was this answer helpful to you

I really wanted to like this product, but ....

I really wanted to like this roller but I just can't. The needles are independent of each other which is fine, however, in my case, the 2 exterior rows of needles were hard to move and didn't roll with the inner ones when being used. This resulted in the 2 exterior rows of needs scratching my face/n...

I am 72 and started to get lines around my mouth and did some research on Derma Rollers and thought I would give it a try. It's not an overnight fix especially at my age but I am starting to see my lines smoother less noticeable. Very Happy with this product and Kitsch is a wonderful company.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Easily the worst item I have ever purchased

I don't understand these positive reviews. Definitely fooled me. The needles are blunt, rollers dont move smoothly and get stuck. The protective case is designed poorly and hard to get the roller in and out. The roller broke from the hinge after one week of usage when getting out of the case. Do not recommend

I had never used a ice roller prior to this. I was pleasantly suprised how amazing it felt. It helped reduce the puffiness in my face. I also felt like I had a face massage afterwards. There is easy to read directions on the box if you have never used one. My biggest regret is not buying it sooner!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
