Coat & Comb: Use the flat side of the wand to fully coat lashes from root to tip. Then flip the wand to the comb side and gently sweep through lashes.

Wipe off: Use a soft towel, cotton pad or tissue to remove. Lashes are left clean, soft, and conditioned.

Easy to use, and works well!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As a Lancôme lover, I was really excited about this product and it lived up to my hype! It was very easy to use, like a normal mascara wand but a comb end. The liquid was not super runny, so I could take my time applying and it didn't run down my face or into my eyes. I let it sit just a few seconds to ensure my waterproof mascara was fully covered, and then wiped with a tissue. It only takes one process and wipe generally, and is very effective. It also doesn't leave raccoon eyes either. My only con is that my eyes are sensitive to it sometimes, so they may water a few seconds but I will absolutely be adding this to my makeup bag as the payoff is worth it.
No go!
Lancôme mascara melter isn't really doing it for me. The concept is great but not so much the execution. This still requires you to tug at your lashes to remove mascara. It might work better if you leave it on longer than I did which was about 20-30 seconds. I don't have patience for it to sit and penetrate the mascara. I'd rather just wash it off. It's faster.
Great remover!

I usually use just regular baby oil to remove my stubborn waterproof mascara, but it doesn't always get every bit. This mascara melter truly works at removing every bit. The ability to coat each individual lash in the solution really makes a difference in the removal process. Definitely worth it to make sure you're not unnecessarily rubbing and removing eyelashes in the process!

At 49, I've tried a lot of makeup removers and I'm so glad to have been given the opportunity to test and use Lancôme Mascara Melter. It gently melts away even the most stubborn waterproof mascara without tugging or rubbing! The texture is silky and lightweight, and doesn't leave a greasy residue behind, clean, soft lashes. I have sensitive skin, and this product was soothing and caused me ZERO irritation. I'm genuinely pleased with the results and definitely recommend giving it a try. I'd happily review more products like this in the future!
