L'Oréal's Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream Anti-Redness transforms to a universal shade to reduce the look of redness.
As someone with a lot of Irish Ancestry, and Cherokee ancestry too, my skin goes red--really, really, really red. Like, hold a ghost pepper up to me--I'll be more red, guaranteed. It gets worse as I age too. I tried this BB cream on a whim one day, about a year ago, this stuff corrects all the redness in my skin! My skin is actually some shade of "nude," after applying this product now! I can leave the house feeling like a normal human being, and not like "The Fire Queen of The Ancient Realms" from a video game or RPG session any longer! How in the world is this product getting so many 1 star ratings?!? People--do you not realize the product says it's made for getting "red tones" out of the skin?!? If you don't like it, go buy something else! For those of us with really red skin this stuff really works, and I HOPE and PRAY, to the gods and goddesses of every realm where creatures try to beautify themselves in the hopes of attracting a mate, that L'Oreal NEVER gets rid of this product. **I know they will eventually, because it's inevitable when I find a product that works that suddenly it's gone from all shelves, never to be made again. But I mean it, this stuff works for red skin! Lose the haters. Pease keep making this product. Thank you.
I wish I would have read the fine print more closely--I would have been skeptical of the "universal shade" and for good reason. I usually wear the second-darkest shades of most foundation.(My best match is Covergirl Clean in 110). This is about 2 shades too dark for me and extremely yellow. It takes my red flush from rosacea and turns it to the appearance of a self-tanner accident or maybe a mud-mask that didn't wash off. I don't know why they would use such a dark shade when rosacea most commonly afflicts those with very fair complexions. Big disappointment for the price. It also smells AWFUL.

The formula only works when you blend with your hands and it's a total mess. Doesn't color correct like you think it's going to and you have to use a lot more than expected. Blends too dark

I've seen this everywhere online so I decided to try it. It just melted into my skin and I was amazed at how it neutralized all of redness. One of my favorite drugstore products

Wasted money on this, I'm extremely pale and this turns skin orange/tan.

I loved that it covered my redness and it blended nicely, however once I got into a different lighting it was a bit orange and way too dark for me. Despite all of that, it did hold up well all day. Hopefully I can pull it off as a summer shade because I don't want to waste it.

This product makes claims that it can't follow through with. If your skin is not in that specific medium range it either continues to look green or turns into this horrible spray-tan type of orange. It does, however, reduce the look of redness. The claims are outrageous and I only ask that anyone looking to buy this product keeps an open mind that there's a substantial chance it doesn't work the way it was advertised.
