To remove makeup or SPF, gently smooth over your face, eyes, and lips with your fingers (spending extra time on heavily made-up areas). Once makeup or SPF has broken down, wipe clean or rinse off. Follow with your favorite Bubble cleanser.

Lighter version of cleansing oil for my acne-prone skin
Since traditional makeup-removing cleansing oils break me out, I decided to give this a try as my skin can only tolerate some cleansing balms and micellar water. You apply this like a cleansing oil but I always wash it off with water anyway even if the directions say you don't have to, as it preps my skin to use my soft launch cleanser afterwards (I always have to double cleanse my face because I break out easily). so far so good. I can only say that it takes a bit longer to make it remove my longwear foundation though.
Great product, awful pump!
This milk is a hydrating upgrade to traditonal micellar water! It removes makeup easily and doesn't irritate my dry skin. The pump is my only problem - it is stiff, get stucks, and is hard to dispense specific amounts of product without a mess

I have been using melting balms for a while & hated the way it made my face feel (gross asf). I saw this product and decided to try it out.. and i love it! It makes my skin feel great and not like a greasy-heavy mess. Its very hydrating and lightweight. My only downside to this product is the pump. It can be difficult to use because it gets stuck a lot of the time. You do have to use about 3-4 pumps in order to get you makeup off completely. Overall, I will purchase this product again.
The cap got stuck
The cap got stuck on the bottle and now I can't get it off, plus the cap is cracking.
