To remove makeup or SPF, gently smooth over your face, eyes, and lips with your fingers (spending extra time on heavily made-up areas). Once makeup or SPF has broken down, wipe clean or rinse off. Follow with your favorite Bubble cleanser.

Good, would recommend, but read first
I love this product, but the pump sucks, i often find myself taking the lid off and it makes a mess when i dump it into my hands. It gets off make very nicely but i think most people think its a cleanser, its not, you have to use this and then use a real cleanser, hopethis helps
I don't get the hype…
This product honestly doesn't work well. You need a ton of product to actually remove makeup effectively and the pump constantly gets stuck. Not worth the money.
Works amazing but...
I really do love this stuff. It melts away my makeup easily, even water proof mascara. The only thing is that I feel like I have to several pumps of it (7-8) to get enough product to effectively dissolve my makeup. I do not feel there is enough product for the cost to make this an afforable product for me long term.
Lighter version of cleansing oil for my acne-prone skin
Since traditional makeup-removing cleansing oils break me out, I decided to give this a try as my skin can only tolerate some cleansing balms and micellar water. You apply this like a cleansing oil but I always wash it off with water anyway even if the directions say you don't have to, as it preps my skin to use my soft launch cleanser afterwards (I always have to double cleanse my face because I break out easily). so far so good. I can only say that it takes a bit longer to make it remove my longwear foundation though.
Great product, awful pump!
This milk is a hydrating upgrade to traditonal micellar water! It removes makeup easily and doesn't irritate my dry skin. The pump is my only problem - it is stiff, get stucks, and is hard to dispense specific amounts of product without a mess
