Drops Are Awesome! Gives Nice Golden Bronze Natural Tan!

These tonic glow drops when used with my daily moisturising lotion gave me the best golden bronze natural looking tan. It is best to start off with using a bronzing mousse to give a good quick base tan and then follow up daily with tonic glow drops mixed in with your lotion. Make sure lotion is lig...htweight and has the necessary firming ingredients to give the best results. I used the Self Tan Express Bronzing Mousse to give a really quick color. This mousse is to be left on for between 1-3 hours before showering off, but I leave on for between 4-6 hours. It is best to exfoliate the day before you apply the mousse. Make sure to use lotion (without drops) after exfolilating all over feet, knees and all dry areas which tend to grab the mousse that can look darker in these areas. If your heels are dry and need attention, make sure to use a pedicure file when exfoliating. I use the double sided self tan mitt (use the St. Tropez one and not a less expensive one, it makes a difference) to apply the mousse. The new St.Tropez Ultimate Tan Body Brush is wonderful for applying the mousse on your knees and all over your feet including in between the toes. The brush has a nice shape to it to help getting beteen the toes. Use a much smaller pump of mousse for your knees and feet so they don't get too dark. The Tan Buildup Remover Buffing Mitt is great for helping to lighly buff off areas which look too dark. Use your daily moisturising lotion mixed with between 2-6 tonic glow drops, depending on your skin type for a light, medium, or dark glow. I use 3-4 drops for a nice golden glow and my legs are usually pasty white. There is no transfer of color to clothing or sheets with either product. Make sure to follow the recommended drying time. Regular exfoliating is needed weekly to help keep the tan looking natural. If tan starts to look patchy and uneven, remove with the buffing mitt and apply new starting with the mousse and follow up with the lotion and drops mixture. This is my third year of self tanning and the Express Bronzing Mousse used with the Tonic Glow Drops (mixed in with lotion) are so much eaiser to use and maintain color along with giving me the best results compared to what I used the first two years of self tanning. My first two years I used the Self Tan Classic Bronzing Mousse along with the Gradual Tan Classic Daily Firming Lotion and I my results were more of an orange looking color. I am so happy with my results using the Express Bronzing Mousse and the Tonic Glow Drops. I highly recommend these two products even if you are a first year self tanner along with the double sided mitt, body brush, and build up buffer mitt to give the best results. You won't be disappointed. The staff at Ulta are wonderful for helping you if you have any questions or need help picking out the right mix of products. Yes the bronzing mousse and tonic glow drops are a little more expensive, but the ease of use and end results are well worth it!
