Apply a thin layer of liquid eyeshadow to the eyelid with the applicator, to achieve a bolder hue add another layer and blend with your fingertip or a brush. Use the tip along the lash line to complete your eyeliner look.

PRO-TIP: You may mix different colors to achieve your own hue. To enhance the eyeliner look, pick a shade slightly darker than your eyeshadow for the extra pop look.
