Improved lip texture over time
I treat this more as a once daily skincare than something I use frequently throughout the day. It contains PHA and Mandelic acid to exfoliate so I can see how it may be irritating to some if used multiple times a day. (Probably why that one review got sores). My lip texture has definitely improved over time with once daily use. The consistency is glossy and not very thick. I wouldn't recommend this to be used consistently throughout the day as a balm, but I have noticed my regular chapstick seems more effective since using this. Think of it more like a serum with actives.

This product is trash. Not only is it an unpleasant texture with a very mid applicator, this product does nothing but ultimately dry my lips out, to the point that they are cracked. Do not recommend
I loved until it burnt my lips
I love the velvet feel this product has. My lips look plump and shiny. The applicator wand is huge and sticks in the tube a bit but not enough to keep me from buying it. I only give it a 3 because if I use this product continuously like a lip balm it leaves soars on my lips. I have never has cold soars or sensitive skin/ lips. The soars it leaves are like a chemical burn which it weird because there is no tingling or burning sensation to plump your lips. I wanted to love as my go to winter balm/ gloss but this isn't it. I still use as a lip gloss when I want a super shiny effect.
Nice lip mask, worth to buy!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this Byoma liptide lip mask. I recently changed my lipstick brand and it caused a break out where my lips feel tingling and flaky. And this lip mask saved my lips. I put it on before bed and through the day like a regular lipstick and as you can see, my lips are a lot better now. The lip mask smells really good, it is hard to tell but it is fruity, like the mix between pineapple and strawberry. It comes with an applicator so it's even easier to apply on the lips. The only thing I don't like is when you drink water, they will stick on your cup/straw and you will have to reapply.
Great product, bad applicator
The applicator tip broke off the first one I bought. Got a second one, it broke off too before I could even use it. Tips are way too wide to fit through the opening comfortably.
