Applicator broke!
The applicator broke the first time taking it out.. such a disappointment considering I love their other products
Sadly kept breaking
Wanted to love this product however the top of the lipstick applicator broke as soon as i opened it - twice! I ordered one and it fell right off, i got a replacement and the same thing happened again. Im thinking it just wasnt meant to be. Sad because i really thought id enjoy it.
Great Product, Terrible Packaging
I love the formula and i do feel like it helped woth my chronically dry lips but the packaging is bad and makes it not worth buying the product again. I had the doe foot applicator tip come off on one bottle immediately after opening it. I sent it back thinking it was defective but the same thing happened when I recieved a replacement bottle.
