sadly this didn't work for me
I have tried making this lip primer work, but it does nothing useful for me. It feels weird on my lips, it doesn't make my lip liner or lipstick apply or adhere any better, and it seems to dry out the skin on my lips. Perhaps this is "operator error" on my part because it sounds like it works well ...

This primer is great, it's super affordable and makes such a difference when applying lipstick. It really gives a smooth foundation to apply lip products over and helps it to stay all day. I went out for dinner (including soup) and drinks and it looked just as good when I got home as it did when I applied it.
