Great matte lip liner

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Charlotte Tilbury is the holy grail of lipsticks! Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it?! 1000%. In this case, you get what you pay for - smooth application, quality product that holds up to even the cheapest of pencil sharpeners, long lasting product that doesn't break halfway through its life. The color is adaptable and looks good on all skin tones and compliments so many shades of their lipsticks. Unlike other liners, this doesn't hurt when applying, just feels like a gentle paint on the lip line. Looking forward to trying out new color combos!
Hard for daily use, but okay overall
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall, I like the shade of this lipliner. It is fairly natural, and I felt it complimented the shade of my skin well. It went on nice and smooth, and although my lips are chapped did an adequate job of not gathering in the dry areas. My only complaint is that it's so hard to get another sharp edge once it has been dulled. I hate that lip liners are so hard to sharpen and this was one that I would have a tough time wearing again just because I can't sharpen in. Anyway, it seems like it will last a while and transfer is minimal.
Creamy and Blendable
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a creamy, blendable lipliner with limited staying power. It is very comfortable on the lip, and stays on through my morning cup of coffee. It does not transfer when drinking. It's slightly darker than my natural lip color, giving a MLBB effect. My only critique is that the product is soft enough that it's difficult to get a sharp, crisp line. If you want a very natural lip, this is your girl. If you want clean definition, maybe a firmer product would be for you. For reference, I lined half of my lip with the product (right side of photograph) and left the other side bare.
Not impressed
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner did not perform as I'd hoped. The application of the liner causes tugging and feels dry and pasty. The first time I used it, the tip broke off since it was such a struggle to apply! As a mature woman, the color emphasized my vertical lip lines in an awful way. I received the color "Pillow Talk" which is described as a "nude-pink" shade, however, once applied, it appeared nude-ORANGE on my lips. I wasn't as pleased with the liner as I'd anticipated and would not recommend this particular item, although I do really like the Charlotte Tilbury line.
