Love at First Sniff

The initial scent is so light and playful, I thought of Dolce & Gabbana's L'impératrice which was the one I decided to get after spending what felt like forever in the fragrance department. Unfortunately, there were none available at the time. I made a list of favorites to look at because I wanted s...omething like Tocca's Stella, a personal fave and I wish Ulta carried that line. However, L'interdit was the only one on my list I didn't find a tester of, and I was about to concede my quest for a new scent when I found the last rollerball of this one! I got it and I was not at all disappointed! I actually love that it is not a spray style and the transition from initial scent to where it settled was an intriguing one, and also surprising. I'm excited to see what it's like at the end. But everyone's skin picks up every perfume so differently, you always have to try it on you to see how it takes. It does not smell powdery or "too mature", but it is different. It's the one you notice at a party, not right away, in the spot light, but the one that seems to irresistibly pull your attention, no matter what you do. It's an incredible scent, but it's not a people-pleasurer nor the majority's cup of tea, and that's ok too. But if you have the chance, definitely check it out, it's unique
