Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close to the lash line as possible. Glide across lash line for a precise line, or blend out (prior to formula drying) for a smokier look.
To access the sharpener, pull the cap off the back of the pencil. Twist the liner in a clockwise motion until desired sharpness is achieved.

Packaging makes it way too difficult to open

One of my favorites
I've tried different eyeliners (Fenty, Stila, etc.) and this is one of my favorites! Easy application and stays theough my average work day (which can be up to 12 hours). Only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is because its not fully waterproof like it claims. It came right off when j went swimming. Otherwise, its a great product at a fabtastic price point!

Stays on all day, doesn't irritate my eyes. Doesn't smudge.
