With the new setting spray for me, I felt that my face had a lightning effect that it didn't have before and to be honest I was a little freaked out at first because I couldn't figure out why I was catching light in different areas and it threw me off but when I realized that the only thing that I had changed about my make up routine, was this new setting spray I really started to like the change. The only thing I don't like is it does bring attention to the type of makeup wear; for example, if we wear a more powder type of foundation, it does bring out the fact that you are wearing a powder foundation. If you are wearing a cream foundation it does bring out that cream look so I have not yet figured out how to make it look less noticeable because it does have a shininess effect to it. That is the only downside to the spray. It is different than the spray that I've used in that it does make the foundation more noticeable it does last time it does protect the make up underneath. It does have a nice smell. It is affective at its job. The only thing I didn't like was that it makes your makeup much much more noticeable in terms of brushstrokes and other creases so depending on your type of make up and for me, I used elf make up so maybe if you use a more expensive brand it won't be as noticeable but for me it was a little bit more noticeable than I would've liked, but it was a fantastic product.

Setting spray is a must have in my daily routine. I've been a long time user of another brand but mostly because it was the best I could find; never quite perfect. This NARS Setting Mist is perfect! The super fine mist is refreshing. Doesn't feel like I'm spritzing water or hairspray all over my face. Keeps my skin looking amazing all day and night.

This stuff made my make up last. I put this on before a day at the fair and my makeup stayed put. It didn't leave my face oily or greasy and my foundation stayed put. It didn't have a scent that was over powering. I really like this stuff!
