L'Oréal Paris Le Shadow Sticks
I recently tried the L'Oréal Paris Le Shadow Sticks, and I'm quite impressed with the product. I got the Twilight Emerald shade and it's unfortunately nothing like the pictures. It's a mossy green, not the pretty slightly blue emerald as the product pictures would have you believe. There's also very little shimmer in this formula, it's pretty much just a creamy matte with the slightest, tinie...

Does not go on smoothly, hard to blend
Great but keep out of heat.
These are great but so not let them get warm. The shadow will vanish. Even brand new ones.
A must try!
It's almost impossible to find a shadow stick that glides on - and STAYS on. This is easy to use and stays on better than other products twice and triple the price. I will be buying again, and trying other colors!
Interesting!
I purchased the NEW Le Shadow stick because it's advertised as a beautiful emerald green. The texture goes on "wet," which I found interesting and it dried pretty quickly. It may work better as a base on your eye lid and lash line. If not, you must work quickly for smudging purposes. Per the color, it has more a black base vs. a blue one, so it applies very dark. You will have to use a shadow over it to make it "pop." Overall, I like it and need to continue to play with it. I have watery eyes and I hope it stays smudge-proof.

I got the Twilight Emerald shade and it's unfortunately nothing like the pictures. It's a mossy green, not the pretty slightly blue emerald as the product pictures would have you believe. There's also very little shimmer in this formula, it's pretty much just a creamy matte with the slightest, tiniest bit of a satin if you look closely. Again, nothing like the pictures, and how it looked in the pictures is why I bought this color so you can imagine my disappointment. I think the product still has potential, though it dries down so quickly that blending hasn't been easy and it wants to go patchy. It doesn't budge easily though, so I give it that. I will continue to test it as a dark base for actual shimmery eyeshadows but keep my eyes out for better products, hopefully with more accurate product imagery.
