Is this mascara removable with soap and water?

Is this supposed to be in a package or sealed? I ordered it for pickup and it came to me without any seal or anything.

The BEST mascara in the world
I love this mascara! Ever since I discovered it, it's the only one I use! It makes my eyelashes so long and every time I use it I get compliments and get asked what mascara do I use. Thanks to this product I don't even need to wear false lashes.

Too wet/heavy for short, weak lashes
I have short, wimpy East Asian lashes that stick straight down and have trouble holding a curl so I always have to curl them before applying mascara. Nice mascara but flakes so much
I rarely write low reviews and like essence as a brand as they used to make my holy grail lip liner but idk about this one. I got this in a gift with purchase bag from ulta & at first i really liked it. It gave definition and length wifhout being clumpy but im always left with dark under eyes at the end of the day. I'm not sure if its because i apply it to my bottom lashss but it flakes so bad and I don't even rub my eyes. I've tried my fair share of mascaras but never had any like this at the end of the day. It make work for some people, but it's not for me.

This really does the job It's advertise! I am growing my lashes out and I'm coming off of lash extensions and so my eyelashes are a little short and stubby but this really does a trick it really extends my lashes so I don't feel so uncomfortable being in public thanks a lot love it!
I've tried many high end products, however this is my go to!
I continue to recommend this mascara to everyone I know. It will remain in my bag until I find something better- trust me I've tried all! I always use the primer by essence prior to application and it helps a ton! Makes my lashes feel close to extensions.
I would not buy this product again
Lashes didn't stay curled at all. At the end of the day had mascara all over my eyes and didn't even rub them once.
