Gently remove lash from tray (sold separately).
Apply adhesive along lash band; wait 30 seconds for adhesive to get tacky.
Once tacky, apply lash along natural lash line. Hold, allowing adhesive to dry completely.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, if contact occurs, wash immediately with lukewarm water. Do not use if you are suffering from eye inflammation or conjunctivitis.

Horrible and dangerous
This crap should be removed from the market. It took forever to get it off of my finger, Won't come off of my clothes. Whoever created this should be in prison. The original Duo glue was the best until they changed to formula
Do not buy. Waste of money.
Duo black eyelash glue is the way to go. I only got this one to hold me over because they were out of duo and i do not reccommend. The lash glue is impossible to get off of lashes so you can't clean and reuse them and it sticks to the lashes more than ot sticks to you. Half way through the day the corners peel up. The duo one lasts me all day and i can even go in the water with it and they stay holding.
New favorite lash glue!
I used to use the clear kiss lash glue. Tried this one out and loved it better. With the clear one I had to go over it with black eyeliner to make it more seamless and blend into my eyeliner. But with this black one helped skip a few extra steps.
Held strong through a blast of embalming fluid
As a mortician, I work with some pretty serious chemicals. Every now and again, mistakes are made. Yesterday, I took a pressurized stream of embalming fluid straight to the eyes, which burns like nothing I can describe. I ran my face under water for at least a minute and blotted my eyes with paper towels, yet my lashes stayed on! I didn't have to reglue, and my lashes stayed on for several more hours as I embalmed other decedents. I've been a huge fan of Kiss lashes and this glue for awhile, but yesterday defined it as a permanent favorite. While I certainly don't recommend embalming fluid to the face, I do recommend Kiss lash adhesive!
My new favorite
Used this bad boy over a makeup primer. Lasted me a short concert, 3 rounds afterwards, and through a night of sleep! My lashes are still perfectly attached as I type this the next morning.
