DO NOT TAKE ORALLY With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. If using The Killer® along with Flora Power™ we recommend using The Killer® first for anywhere between 1-14 days, depending on your body's needs, and then Flora Power™ for up to 5 days. You'll want to use just one suppository at a time and complete a run of one product before moving onto the next.

I used this for the first time last night. Inserted it about finger deep. This morning when I woke up and went to the bathroom the capsule was still intact and it came out while I went to the bathroom. It had a full 10 hours in my vagina to dissolve so why didn't it?

- Official Answer By Love Wellness - YotpoVaginal imbalance is common and can occur due to a number of day-to-day pH disruptors like stress, hormonal changes, your period, sex, or sitting too long in sweaty gym leggings/wet bathing suits. The Killer supports and maintains optimal acidity to tackle symptoms of vaginal yeast imbalance, and is safe for use as a spot treatment, or for up to 14 days in a row when symptoms are more acute. It's not out of the ordinary to struggle with vaginal imbalance and experience recurring symptoms, in which case after a 14-day treatment, you may benefit from using one suppository a week (then one every 2 weeks), or just need it after sex/your period to help keep your pH in check. However if your symptoms don’t ease at all after a 14-day treatment, and you feel you need to use The Killer for 14 days every month, we recommend you speak with your doctor. Additionally, some customers’ partners have noticed a 'gritty' feeling (completely normal) during intercourse if they didn't wait long enough for everything to clear up and be absorbed, so definitely give it a few days if you can. Worth the purchase!
I've been using these every month after my period ends or when I feel like giving my girl down there a nice internal cleaning. Just pop it in and go to sleep. No discomfort at all. I do wear a pad at night and a panty liner the following day as it does give you some watery discharge while it's doing the job. 10/10 recommend! I just feel so clean downstairs. 😊

Don't dissolve like they used to
I have used this product for years and have absolutely loved it. But they must have reformulated recently because they dont dissolve like they used to. Im so sad because this was my faborite but im now looking at other brands because of the change in quality

In late 2023 I was going through massive autoimmune disorder issues which of course lead into a domino effect in my gut and vaginal health. I was suffering with my immune system now other parts of my were getting severally impacted. I tried everything, multiple gynos, allergists, immunologist, literally so many doctors. I even gave over the contact medicine a try (monistat, store brand vaginal treatments, honey pot) no sex, sensitive body and intimate washes, you name it I was doing it. I was suffering so badly with BV / YEAST and occasional UT infections on top of a never ending autoimmune issues my mental health was a nightmare . Everything felt like a failure until I came across your product in 2024. I started with the PH cleanser and started to see some progress and then The Killer suppositories and what took 1-2 years of suffering and little guidance cleared up in 2-3 days. I'm talking like 1-2 years of an unbalanced PH that my own doctors couldn't even help with. You guys literally saved my vaginal/reproductive health that when my next gyno appointment took place I passed with flying colors, no sign of yeast/BV/UTI nothing.
