This eye pencil works very well, it is very soft and comfortable to apply, good long lasting color. Definitely would buy again, especially at such a fabulous price. I don't have anything else to add, but Ulta has minimum 200 characters review, which is ridiculous

I'm NW15, brunette, green eyes, and I like to use "Teddy" to line my upper lids. It's nicely pigmented, smooth, glides on easily, and lasts better than most over a primer on my extremely oily skin. I just wish it were a darker brown. However, I find that if I employ the old trick of heating up the pencil a bit, it really ramps up the intensity and gives me the look I want. I'd just prefer not to have to do the extra step. Still, this liner is cruelty-free, good quality, and inexpensive. I'll gladly buy it again when the time comes.

I love the way this glides on easily; it doesn't break apart when sharpened either. I actually use this primarily for eyebrows instead of liner, but I have used it on my lower line in a pinch.
