How to pop open the pump
I've used this product a few times. Enough to say it works and does the job. Will it last longer than a few uses? I don't know. I will review this again if it does not. Need pliers to open/unlock
You need a pair of pliers to open/unlock the pump. Put the pump on your bottle of shampoo or conditioner. Make sure it's tighten down. Next step take a pair of pliers and grab the collar piece (the middle piece). Keep that tight. With your other hand twist the top piece to unlock it.

I never could get it to turn on the top so that I could use the dispenser. It's lost in the lock position. It was a piece of junk very disappointed. I'm still taking the dispenser out every time and taking it off the bottom of The bottle
