Like perfume or eau de toilette, cologne is a fragrance designed to be worn on the skin.-Spritz generously onto your wrists, neck and pulse points---your body heat will help to diffuse the scent as the day goes on. After applying your cologne, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent handwashing, as this tends to rinse off the scent. Replace the fragrance after 12 months. Expired perfumes more than a year old lose the integrity of the original scent.

You get 6-8 hours out of it, and it projects moderately for the first couple hours before settling closer to the skin. It's not a room-filler, but people definitely notice it when they're nearby. It's a greats scent for its versatility-it works everywhere. If you like clean, woody scents that aren't trying too hard, definitely give this one a shot. It's understated and well-made, which seems harder to find these days. Not for everyone, but if it clicks with you, it really clicks. I received this product for free from Aramis for testing and review purposes, I was so happy that it smelled so good. Its woody but not overpowering. I wore it to my work Christmas party and it lasted through the night and the good thing is it works for the day too. I will say its not too strong if thats your thing, go for the classic aramis.
Soapy & Clean
Aramis Intuition feels familiar, like so many other blue fragrances, but stands out because of it's leather note that is very distinctive in the dry down. The fragrance feels office safe and kind of feels a little like something you'd smell on a Wall Street broker in the late 90's. It's not groundbreaking, but it is certainly safe gift for any man, of any age. It's fresh, spicy, clean, and a little soapy. I would say the fragrance lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin.
