I've been using this product for a while. Definitely does not dissolve cuticles. You still need to push them back and cut them. Also takes alot longer than 15 seconds.

I'm surprised by this product!
The dry desert climate really does a number on my hands. I decided to try to take care of my own hands without getting fake fingernails. I never really knew that I had excess cuticles! It comes off of the nail beds too, which makes for a very smooth manicure.
I would buy this product again and again.
I have been using this product for years and I like it because it is a gel so does not run off of your fingers. It also softens the cuticle just enough for easy clean up. I've tried other brands and like this one the best.
