Does not remove waterproof mascara or liquid/gel eyeliner.
I will not buy this again. I bought it for double cleansing, along with my regular cleanser, from a different brand. I absolutely love this balm for any skin type as a first cleanse. It is perfect to remove makeup SPF with out stripping the skin. Even my acne clients are safe! I pair this with my back bar cleansers.
Off putting smell
The smell of this product is overwhelmingly bad. IMO, cleansing balms typically dont have a strong fragrant smell, but this one actually smells so horribly it ruins the experience and causes the product to be ineffective as you are quickly trying to remove product from face instead of massaging it in for ultimate makeuo breakdown.

My favorite balm
This product is fantastic at a great price! I was disappointed it wasn't in my Ulta… but shippingnl was quicker than expected! You need to try this! A little goes a long way!

Using this and the mitt gets all the makeup off my skin. It also works well on my sensitive and dry skin. Will buy this again!
