InfinitiPRO By Conair FLOMOTION Pro Dryer Dryer Model 680 with full power for thick hair or for more delicate styles.
I received the FloMotion Pro Dryer from InfinitiPRO by Conair from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. My opinion is my own and based on using this dryer on my medium length, naturally wavy/curly, frizz prone hair. My hair strands are on the thinner side but I have a lot of hair.
I found this dryer comfortable to hold and easy to use. I usually dry my hair to about 70-80% dryness then finish with a blow dry brush. I liked that the back of the dryer was adjustable so I could open it fully for faster drying. I've never seen this type of feature on another dryer. There are 3 speeds and 3 heat setting buttons. There's also a cool shot button. It took me less time to dry my hair than the higher end model I'd been using. This dryer didn't create additional frizz or leave my hair looking damaged like I've experienced with other dryers. After using my blow dry brush, I went back in with this dryer and used the cool shot to seal in my style and I also think it helps add some shine. The sleek concentrator attachment is good for small areas or more precise drying. I like this for around my hairline. I don't normally wear my hair naturally curly but the diffuser seemed great and I'm actually going to explore it a bit more. It was fun to feel excited about blow drying. I love that I have the option to choose straight, wavy, or curly styles depending on the attachments, the button settings, and the adjustable back dial. Since there are a range of settings, I'd recommend this dryer to all hair types. I've previously owned Conair dryers and have been impressed with the quality/longevity. The FloMotion Pro really feels like a much more expensive product. It's not overly loud nor super heavy. The cord length is 3 feet which was perfect for me. Long enough to move around but not so long that it's annoying to put away.
This would be a great blow dryer for beginners since it's so user friendly but it also has features that those who are more experienced in hair styling would appreciate. I was impressed with the style and performance of this affordable dryer. I'll definitely be recommending the Conair FloMotion dryer!
PROS: Different temp settings (hot, warm, cool, cold); Comes with 2 attachments; Not AS noisy as other dryers I've used.
CONS: Slightly heavy, Does not fold so it isn't as travel friendly, High speed setting is too powerful so it blows my hair in every direction causing my straight hair to tangle, Takes longer to dry than usual because my hair blows everywhere.
I would definitely buy this product again
I dry my hair frequently and use the air concentrating attachment. Over time (a few months) it would stay on for less and less time. Recently it wouldn't even latch to the dryer. I looked on the inside and it was all bubbled and melted.
Comments made me believe this blow dryer may have had a bad batch as there were so many positive reviews. Unfortunately I'm incline to believe this isn't the case. It worked really well, while it worked. I used this 2 days a week. It quit working after a very short 6 months. Do not waste time or money on this.
Releases a good amount of air and heat. Hair dries pretty quickly. It's a little on the heavier side but I would still recommend.
