Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Suitable to use on the inner rim in the waterline. Eyeliner can be sharpened using a makeup pencil sharpener. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner.
Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

There is a problem with the eye pencil's mechanism to advance the makeup. After the part that extends past the tip is gone, that's it! Was empty very soon after I started using it.

Despite the appearance this pencil is a sharpenable pencil. We recommend using a makeup sharpener and turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. How do you get the product to come up to sharpen. I like it but there is nothing to sharpen! Very disappointed so far.

There is something very wrong with this so-called pencil. I tried to twist it. Then, I tried to sharpen it. IMPOSSIBLE. Was only able to use the originally exposed portion. What a waste of money.

All the liners go inside my eyes and irritate them. This one is gentle to my eyes. I'm using the cosmetic sharpener from Nyx.

I bought this product a month ago and was very excited to see it last all day, didn't smudge, but I could use it with other products. Until the tip wore down. To all the ppl who keep saying they cant continue using them… these types of pencils have been out for almost a decade and MUST be SHARPENED. Buy a good quality sharpener & you are good to go. You're welcome.

Not waterproof at alll
I tear quite often when is windy outside. That's why I bought it. The eyeliner was gone in less than an hour while outside.
Ok product
Sharpenimg is a nightmare. Most of it was wasted sharpening the pencil. It smudges off under your eyes. I will not buy this agian.
