Features

Step 1: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin.
Step 2: Fill in the stencil to draw the wing.
Step 3: Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Step 4: Continue line across your eyelid.
Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

The Infallible Flash Cat Eye Waterproof Brush Tip Liquid Eyeliner is a really good quality, drug store eyeliner that makes applying liquid liner much easier. I have used many drug store eyeliners in the past and this has got to be one of my top favorite liners to date. Not so much for the gimmick...

I despise this eyeliner.
I have used loreals "infallible super slim" black eyeliner pen for years but when Ulta was out of it I figured I'd try this just to give it a shot. Let me tell you how awful this liner is. I think I finally found my holy grail...
I have worn a winged liner since I started doing my makeup in 6th grade (30 year old here). I have tried everything over the years, from drugstore, to luxury, waterproof or not, and I think THIS is finally my holy grail. The calligraphy tip goes on so smooth, the color is super pigmented and matte, and best of all, it wears so well! Occasionally my eyes tear up in the corners if I am having allergies/it's really sunny out and this liner does not run or smudge! I am so impressed, especially for the price!
Great liner, stencil could be refined
The stencil is difficult to put back on the cap, and can be tricky to use. I think its overall a great idea though, and could be made better with some tweaking to the design. The liner itself is very fine but can be thickened up pretty easy. I like the precision that it has without sacrificing the boldness of color
This is a great product and I would purchase it again.
No need to reapply as it stays on all day.
The positive reviews failed me
Not sure if the product is just inconsistent or if yall are just lying because this is the messiest liner ive ever used. Lasts like an hour and it was all over my lids.
Horrible
Ive used this for the third time today & I'm done with it now. It makes a huge mess and 10 min after it was on --it had transferred all over my upper lids and brow bone!! ...and I applied a primer before hand plus I use mophe makeup setting spray. All my make up stays fine --except this liner!! I looked horrible!!...I was on my way to work and thankfully had some makeup remover wipes at my job. Its not a good product and I also found the stencil to be difficult and awkward to use.
