PREPARATION:
Prior to application, find the correct size for each nail. Align the nail tabs facing your cuticles and check sides for proper fit.
If you are in between sizes, go smaller, not larger.
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back excess skin.
Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad to clean nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.
APPLICATION:
Peel the backing from the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, center, and sides at the same time.
Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. (Press on thumbnails last.)
Wait at least one hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
REMOVAL:
Do not force or pull nails off.
Soak your nails in warm water with soap or oil.
Once the water is no longer warm, gently peel the nails off from the side and use cuticle stick to help lift off if needed.
If you need more assistance, soak in acetone, or use Kiss Glue OFF.
Wipe off nails and adhesive.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 10 days is not recommended.

Love the product, Hate this color
As someone who can't paint nails or manage normal press on nails I love this product. HOWEVER, I do not recommend the "friendzone" color, any ombré color or anything with translucent coloring. You can see the glue bubbles through the nail :(

I have used a few brands of press-ons with the adhesive tabs and Impress Color FX have good sizing and fit for me, at least in the short square versions. I will be a repeat buyer. I have found using a blow dryer to heat them and avoiding water right after application, along with the instructions on the box help make them last longer and they don't stain or damage my nails. I use cuticle oil to remove them.

How do you remove them?

If your nails seem particularly stuck, you can apply acetone nail polish remover around the edges, wait for about a minute, and then peel them off.
