Pretty gooe
I have sensitive combo skin (dry in tzone and normal around). this did well to hydrate my dry areas and covered my dark circles pretty well. I just think it might be a little "too" hydrating. With a good setting mist or powder I think it would work great. For my older ladies out there, I think this would be amazing.
The Perfect NATURAL Concealer
This is the concealer I use when I want to look like I'm not wearing anything at all (I have a different fave for the days I want to look a little more glammed up). Super natural looking - especially if you let it dry down a little before blending and set it (which I do with the about-face powder or the Kosas pressed powder).

Got the concealer right away thinking it would have similar properties. I've tried it a few times and it's terrible. Dry patches I didn't even know existed are made super visible with this concealer, as are my pores (and I don't usually struggle with big or visible pores). It settles into any and all lines on my face and sits on top of my skin, always looking like makeup (but without the coverage!) and never looking skin-like, like the foundation does. My dark circles aren't covered at all. Even after setting it, a light tap on the skin and it completely moves around and comes off on my finger, so it's just sliding and moving everywhere and becoming splotchy. I never return products after I use them, but this will be an exception because it falls totally short of its claims. 0/5.

Perfect shades for the greige among us
It is impossible for me to find complexion products that work for my fair olive skin. I usually have three options: 1) hope my skin is behaving (come on, rosacea and adult acne...), 2) add a touch of green or blue tint and risk messing with the formula, or 3) sheer out a product and hope I can camouflage the peachy or pink line on my jaw. The Performer foundation was a game changer for me, and The Illusionist is the same. I ordered both F1 and F2 Olive, and I'm keeping both of them. Honestly, I may just make the F2 Olive concealer work as a foundation because, unfortunately, The Performer F2 Olive oxidizes quite quickly in the container (truly the only complaint). For my fellow fair greiges, this is for us.
