Where is this palette made?

- Official Answer By Revolution Beauty - Brand EngageHello! This palette is made in China, just in case you're worried, the product still conforms to PETA certification. Since the 1st of July 2014 China Food & Drug Administration (CFDA) made a change which meant testing on animals in China is no longer the law or mandatory. Along with this, the European Union have laws and regulations in place making it illegal to test products or sell products within the EU that have been (or had ingredients) tested on animals. Although we are no longer in the EU, we do still conform to this law. We remain 100% against animal testing. I hope this helps.Was this answer helpful to you

- Official Answer By Revolution Beauty - Brand EngageGood question! Given cosmetic news about the uses of certain talc’s and magnesium silicates (asbestos), we understand your concerns. Please don’t worry though, our products are rigorously safety assessed against EU regulations which includes a complete independent review of all raw materials used in our products. We do use cosmetic grade talc in some of our products, this talc is a high in purity material that must be free from the harmful fibres present in asbestos in order to be graded as cosmetic talc. Cosmetic grade talc can receive negative press, often due to confusion over the difference between talc and asbestos which are both forms of magnesium silicates. As previously mentioned, some of our products may contain Cosmetic Grade Talc and this is listed in the ingredients for each product but this is free from harmful ingredients.Was this answer helpful to you

Glittery colors make it worth it
I think the not glitter colors are a little chalky and less pigmented but the glittery colors are really pretty and add enough shimmer to the solid colors to make them really pop. So only giving this four stars because I wouldn't really wear the solid colors alone because they don't pop enough
Nice palette
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the color scheme of this palate, the colors can be used everyday for a neutral daytime look or a glamorous evening look. With a strong primer as a base, the color stays around for a while. Most of the colors except some shimmers are nice and pigmented. Recommended for a beginner or a pro.

The color payoff is impressive, especially for a drugstore-friendly brand. Most of the shades are visible and vibrant from the first swipe, especially the shimmers. Some of the lighter mattes may need a little more work, but overall, the color payoff is very good. They are easy to blend and go on smoothly, working well on both primed and unprimed lids. The eyeshadows don't smudge or clump when layered, making them great for beginners and pros alike. The packaging is sleek and sturdy with a large mirror inside – perfect for on-the-go use. The exterior design is modern and eye-catching, and the magnetic closure keeps everything secure. Overall: The Revolution Beauty Icon Eyeshadow Palette is a high-quality palette at an affordable price.
