I wanted this to live up to being a tacky, vegan barrier gel, but it was not. It felt and looked like a light lotion. But it was drying, and provided very little moisture. And worse than that, it left my under eyes inflamed, raw, flaky and red. And I can't even apply concealer because it catches on ...

After my skin went crazy with dermatitis due to some drastic hormonal changes, I really struggled to find products that it would tolerate, but this product is *AMAZING for barrier repair*!!! Truly, I could see a noticeable difference within just a couple weeks! I will buy this product over and over again because it continues to reduce redness, smooth pores, eliminate breakouts, and overall just give my skin a nice, healthy appearance. It has great ingredients in it, and my sensitive (and very acne-prone) skin adores it. That said, I think "moisturizer" is a bit of a misnomer. I use this product at night like a serum and it does wonders, but I don't think it would work for me as a base layer for makeup (nor would it be quite enough moisture for my dry skin for all-day wear). If you're interested in barrier repair, try it at night! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It burns my skin. My skin doesn't feel moisturized after using. Even under moisturizer. And it pills like crazy… the only nice thing about it is it's vegan. And it smells nice…

I love the texture of this product and still trying to figure out the correct timing to use it. It does seem like whenever I use it, it tends to pill up on my skin and I have to rinse it off. really want it to work for barrier repair but still working on it!
