simple and good
I needed a simple toner that added hydration without irritating my skin and this is it. I don't love the packaging so I pour it into a spray bottle and that works great. It smells like cucumber water and balances out my skin.

I've had better
I was excited to try Pacifica's Happy Water Skin Toner, especially with its promise to "attract and lock in hydration for a plump, dewy appearance" . However, after using it twice daily for a week, I noticed no difference in my skin's hydration or texture. The toner felt like plain water, lacking any noticeable soothing or refreshing effects. Additionally, the product's scent was unremarkable and did not enhance the experience at all. Considering its claims and my experience, I find this toner underwhelming and not worth the money.
