Love the product - hate the packaging
This is a lovely shampoo that produced great results for my curly dry-ish hair. A little goes a very long way. But - the packaging is a nightmare. I couldn't get the plastic seal off the bottle! There was no tab to pull on. It took punching a hole in it and then removing it with pliers! No way could...

I Think It's Worth It
I have been using this product and others for over a month now and my hair stays moisturized and maintains its shape better. I have locs and have been searching for Black-owned hair care products that don't dry out my hair, leave residue, or causes it to fall out. This line has not done any of it. My only complaint is that the fragrance is overpowering. However, I also noticed that the scent is not as strong after first opening the bottle. Or maybe I've become desensitized to it. This pairs well with the other products in this line, and I definitely noticed a positive difference in my hair. I'm not seeing a lot of hair fall out in the bathtub either. I'm so happy that I bought this hair care line.

Loved the shampoo experience but left me in thing for hours
I got my hair washed and cut at the Ulta Salon that was featuring this product. The smell is amazing. However, this product left me with a very itchy scalp and i am not very sensitive to most products. I wouldnt buy it based in this experience.
Ok shampoo for high price
This shampoo was ok. It smells good and is creamy and provides a nice rich lather. It doesn't seem to have any detangling properties to it, so going in with the confitioner afterward was a little challenging due to tangles. I feel like this shampoo performed like a creamy $2 shampoo. But, it costs way more thsn $2.
HORRIBLE ! DO NOT BUY !!
I tried this shampoo and conditioner and it left my hair dry and rough ! It was recommended to me by a hairstylist here at ulta. The shampoo lather was awful and the conditioner had a watered down consistency. I ultimately returned the two and will stick with my Ouai products .
