So far so good
This is my first time using this milky toner. Really haven't felt any difference with using this toner, other than makes my face really shiny due to the milkiness that contains and his toner. Will continue to keep using to see if it makes any difference with my daily skin routine.
First time trying this and enjoying it
I picked this up on the recommendation of my niece. I'm enjoying the effects so far. I use it after washing and before my moisturizer. It doesn't leave a film but plumps my skin.

I love this toner!
Great for chronically dry, sensitive, and acne prone skin.
I've tried all sorts of milky toners: Tony Moly, I'm from Rice, Anua, HaruHaru, etc. This one is my favorite for several reasons. The best one being it does not cause me to break out or make my sensitive skin react. It hydrating and not oily! My second favorite would be the HaruHaru, but it contains a lot of oils and I cannot use it everyday.
