It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

My experience with these products has been very good. In this case, I'll talk about the shampoo. I like the smell; it's very pleasant for daily use and isn't too strong, although it might bother you if you're not used to it. As for cleansing, I love it because it really cleanses deeply without drying out the hair. I totally recommend it. I like that it really leaves your hair moisturized and shiny.
