This serum is hard to use. The instruction say to shake the bottle in order to mix the serums together in order for it to work properly. The issue is once you've done that the serum cannot be squeezed out of the pump. I have fought with this serum so much. I eventually unscrewed the cap to see that ...

I had received a sample last winter and really liked it. This serum definitely helped my skin during the cold winter months here in Delaware. I received my full-size bottle today and have just applied. It feels as good as the very first time I tried it. Make sure you read the directions : Shake well then pump a few drops and warm it up in your hands then press onto your face and neck. It does make a difference. I also like the smell. The only con is the price for the size but it works for my skin and that is what matters. Other more expensive serums just have not worked. I will continue to purchase this.

I eventually unscrewed the cap to see that the tube that the serum must go through in order to be dispensed is so microscopic. It's no wonder it will not dispense properly. When I am able to use the serum by taking some out into the palm of my hand without the dispenser pump, it seems to work nice. Hopefully Clarins corrects this flaw. Unfortunately, I will not be buying again due to the inconvenience for this price point.

I haven't had this that long, but I think it will work out great. My complexion looks brighter in the morning instead of dull. So far I like it a lot.
REMOVE THE FRAGRANCE
This is one of the most hydrating skin care products I have ever put on my face. But WHY do you heavily perfume it? Fragrance does not belong in skincare! I use it when my skin is desperate for a drink but my eyes water up every time. Please listen to your customers and take appropriate actions. I cant repurchase this until this is taken back to the lab.

It doesn't feel as oily has the last one I bought. This one feel water down. My face doesn't feel as cool when I put it on. Don't know if I'll get it again
