This eyeliner was recommended to me by an Ulta Beauty consultant when I asked for a waterproof eyeliner. I should have known when the packaging didn't make it obvious it claimed to be waterproof. If you're looking for waterproof-this isn't the liner for you.

This no budge eye liner is such a game changer. It doesnt smudge or leave marks on my under eyes when used as kajal.

I have a handful of eyeliner pencils. Most kajal pencils need to be sharpened but this one is wind up - no sharpening needed. The best part is that it stays all day even on the water line. However it is a little harder to blend out if that's what you need.
