My period has been irregular for years and after taking this product it returned. The product is completely flavorless making it perfect to add to any food or drink. This product also did not have a weird texture. In addition to my cycle returning it also helped with PMS symptoms.

I received this product as part of a free promotion in exchange for a review. I was worried that this product would have a bad aftertaste but it didn't at all! I mixed it in with my smoothies in the morning and didn't taste it. I did notice that it helped me skin around my menstrual cycle, but not much other than that. I would definitely recommend it though if you are prone to breakouts around your period like me!
