- After shampooing with Design Essentials Honey Crème Moisture Retention Super Detangling Conditioning Shampoo, towel blot and apply masque generously to damp hair, starting from ends to roots.
- Comb through using a wide-tooth comb for even distribution.
- Allow to sit up to 15 minutes (use dryer for maximum penetration).
- Rinse with cool water and proceed to style as desired.

Not for me
I really like the shampoo version and was excited to try the mask but it didnt do anything for my hair. I followed the directions every time but always finished with my hair feeling dry and stringy. The smell is great though
Not for my fine high density low porosity hair
First off, let me say that I love design essentials as a brand. Their honey creme shampoo is the bomb.com. I also love their moisturizing lotions and other products from the almond and avocado line. I saw this pop up online and this mask usually sells out quickly so i was excited to try it when they restocked. This did not work for me at all! No softness, nor slip.
Are you dry?
If you have dry curly hair (esp bleached hair)? This is for you. Coconut oil sensitive hair? This is for you. Waiting for them to release this in stores AND in value size.

I love Design Essentials. Especially Honey Creme shampoo and conditioner. I also love the almond butter. If you havent tried look no further for great moisture ...its also great under the steamer
decent but didn't meet expectations
I prefer the Almond & avacado natural masque Wash Day Deep Moisture Masque. it works better but I will finish the jar.
