This is a mess!
Yes, the color is holographic! However, it doesn't provide a finished look. I am a long time beauty user with training and still ended up with eye shadow all over my face! Making matters worse it's impossible to remove! Qtips, make-up wipes, washing my face in the shower with a makeup remover face...

Eye catching fun
I really liked this product as it gave me more than one choice of colors without piling them on myself. It lasted the entire day and through a concert in super hot and humid conditions. I'm not used to eye paint, so it applied weird but still good.

Did a test in the store on my hand. Then I applied it the next day to my eye lids and within an hour or so it began to irritate my skin. Not safe enough to be worn on your face in my opinion. Returned the eyeshadow immediately.
Survived Lollapalooza in 90 degrees
I wore this at Lollapalooza and it lasted over eight hours in 90 Fahrenheit, sweating and dancing. But it was still easy to remove with a gentle cleanser in the shower. Just buy it!
Not worth it
It turns to scales and flakes off even with primer and setting powder.
Don't buy the holographic eye paint
Usually love the about-face products, and I use the matte fluid eye paint almost daily; but the holographic eye paint is clumpy and impossible to smooth out or blend. It just doesn't deliver a strong color punch, and it is not fluid in application.
