This is a mess!
Yes, the color is holographic! However, it doesn't provide a finished look. I am a long time beauty user with training and still ended up with eye shadow all over my face! Making matters worse it's impossible to remove! Qtips, make-up wipes, washing my face in the shower with a makeup remover face...

So bright and fun -- doesn't crease or run (with proper base). Long lasting, blendable!
Dried out before I got to use it
Super crappy formula. Bought it, opened it once to swatch it, and closed it up nice and tight. Initially, it had great payout and coverage, but I opened it to use it for a night out a few weeks later, and it was sludge that wouldn't even apply. Unsalvageable and a waste of money.
Terrible product
Wanted to love but it was super dry and clumpy, couldn't get a smooth line on my lid. Could only get it off with oily makeup remover and had to a rub. You can barely pick the product up with a separate brush its so clumpy. Don't buy!

I'm obsessed. It's giving healthy relationship energy for my eyes no ghosting, no leaving me on read. It stays committed all day. Pro tip: use a base if you want the pigment to really pop that's what takes it from "cute" to "who is she?" Halsey absolutely understood the assignment. I love the brand and everything they're creating.
halo cracks
I love these eye shadows. I have 15 different colors and 10 of the eyeshadow sticks. They go on smooth, blend well, dry fast, and stay on without fading all day. Even the glitter shadow. However, the Halo clumps and cracks after a few hours. It goes on great and ends up looking terrible.
