Waste of time, money, and lied about the term "Glossy"

I absolutely never leave review on products. Perhaps a bit hypocritical because I always refer to said reviews in helping determine whether I should purchase product-so my review is as follows. This Verb Glossy shampoo and conditioner are both garbage. After first use, whilst drying my hair, I actua...lly thought I had somehow forgotten to wash out either shampoo, conditioner or both. There was a nasty film covering my hair and it only got worse the dryer my got. I felt very stupid that I somehow must have been so enthralled in my thoughts that I actually missed washing out portions of this product-mind you, I am a grown a adult and take pride in keeping my long hair silky and smooth and get conpliments on the regular of how pretty my thick, long, and well kemp I maintain my hair. So when I tried this shampoo and conditioner and second chance more, I was astonished at my results. Please let me assure you that I took anple time in scrubbing about the left over film that was created on my hair. I used my detachable hand held water shower and soaked my scalp completely to make fully aware that there was zero way possible that any residue of this shampoo and conditioner could remain on my scalp, hair, or any hair strand. So to my complete and utter astonishment whilst drying my hair for the second time, the same results appeared. Thr hotter my hair got from the dryer the more of a film was created and upon finishing, mg hair actually looked like I had not washed my hair in days. I do not know what Verb was going for when they created this shampoo and conditioner called GLOSSY, but rather should be renamed GREASY AND GROSS. I am now left with bottles that I can only use to fill up my garbage can. I do not recommend this to anyone. I wouldn't use this if it was free and I got a monetary supplement for writing a false review. I wasted my money, copious amount of time washing, conditioning and drying for my hair to look disgusting. You can trust me on this one review that I have chosen to write and publish for your mental well being to save your money, time and and a creation of anger to move on like a cheating ex boyfriend. Both will only lie and let you down. So in conclusion, just move on and don't look back!
