Is it supposed to come with a smudge sponge at the end opposite the liner part? I opened mine and it was empty.

There is only the eyeliner under the cap which twists up and down for your convenience. Was super disappointed in this purchase. The denim color is really pretty but it's impossible to get on my lid. Is there a trick?

As an older woman with some limited mobility, I can't get the darn thing open! I've tried almost everything except two pairs of pliers! I own an eyebrow pencil of the same brand that is also extremely difficult to open.
