Shake well before use. Spray evenly onto wet hair from roots to ends, then blow dry. If applying to dry hair, make sure that Heat Protector Spray dries before following with any heat styling tools. Do not rinse.

My White Beard Likes It!!
I have a nicely maintained all-white beard that had been getting stained as a result of too much heat from my straightening brush. A stylist recommended Sun Bum and I decided to give it a try. My beard loves it! I apply it to my wet beard when I prep it for blow drying, and the results have been amazing! Blow drying takes three minutes and i dialed down the heat on the brush and there aren't any more brown or yellowing stains on my beard. I found out that gray hair requires less heat, so I adjusted the settings and added a protective measure. It also cuts down on the frizz!!

Haven't gotten to the dead of summer yet, so we'll see, but makes my hair feel moisturized and sun bum has never done me wrong. Wouldn't say it hurts drying time but haven't noticed it helping too much.
Green hair
I loved this product, however it DID turn my virgin natural red hair green. Shook it plenty and combed throughly , still green. Hair dresser and my family couldn't figure out what was causing green hair, even bought the special filtered shower hand wand, till it hit me when I decided to use sun bum again after my unite product was empty, green liquid…green hair, duh. So just be aware and pay extra attention. Also, I only liked using during the winter as it does cause my hair to grease up and become stiff (like gel) regardless how much it's combed through during blow drying. Spray part of the bottle also broke easily.
