Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils. Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat (sold separately) and allow to dry. Apply 2 even layers of ORLY Prisma Nail Polish and allow to dry. Finish with your favorite ORLY Topcoat (sold separately). Maintain your manicure using ORLY Cuticle Oil (sold separately) 2 times a day.
