After cleansing with hair-wash, section hair into four equal parts and apply a generous amount of hair-mask from roots to ends.
Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then add water and gently detangle with fingers (or detangling comb).
Before rinsing off, cup water in your hands and "push" the water and hair-mask into your strands from the bottom up using a squishing-up, scrunching motion to help the product better coat and absorb into the hair. Then, rinse it off.
