Ehhh…? Not bad? Not great?
Coming from a super sentsitive tummy girly pop - these did NOT bother my stomach. I will say that I don't notice a difference using these though. TMI :) but your girl suffers from constipation pretty badly, I got these more for good gut bacteria but it hasn't done much for me. I still feel nauseous after every meal, I still don't go more, I don't feel like my gut feels "better." Most likely won't repurchase.

I have never been able to use the bathroom regularly until this product. I went once a week if i was lucky. I started this product and a week later I was going every 3 days to every 2 days to finally being able to go once a day by the time i started my second bottle.
