grippy CAKES™ are designed to provide shape and seamless coverage under your favorite form-fitting clothes, workout tops and swimwear.
STEP 1: Remove CAKES from their packaging and save for later storage.
STEP 2: Place each cover directly on your skin underneath a snug top. We recommend getting dressed first, then inserting your CAKES.
STEP 3: Cup your CAKES over the center of each breast (shiny side down) and hold in place for 5 seconds. Your body's natural heat will warm and mold your CAKES seamlessly to your shape.
STEP 4: Wash and Care: Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean, let soak in warm water.

I did some research and understand that these are meant to be used under tight clothing, so I sort of knew what to expect. I also purchased a pair of sticky cakes during the same sale to use under more loose clothing (where the grippy cakes won't work). I have only tried the grippy cakes so far - They are a bit thinner than I expected and will not give you any 'boost' if that is what you are looking for. I wore them under a pair of sports bras that were too thin, and they worked fine. I was not working out, just went out and about, and I found them a bit sweaty when I took them off at the end of the day. They were also 'stuck' to my boobs at the end of the day which I think was by design, ie they were supposed to stick better after some body warmth. I bought these for under sports bras / swimsuits, and I think they work fine for the intended use.

They don't work one bit! Everyone seams to love these so I got them during the 21 days of deals since they were on sale. I will be returning bc they fell of as soon as I put them on. I tried fliping them but that was no use. My skin was clean and dry, and so were the pads. Are you supposted to add water or did I just get defective ones?
Disappointed
Very disappointed with this product. I had been wanting to get theses Cakes for a long time and I am so happy that I didn't pay full price. Worst item ever. They never stayed on and within seconds they were falling off. Don't waste your money.
Horrible. So disappointed.
I will be returning because this was such a waste of money. I kept seeing people rave about these, and for the price point I had high hopes. nope these things couldn't even stay on for five seconds without falling off my boob. Don't listen to the lies. These are terrible.

I'd recommend if you have a tight top that can keep them in place but if you don't, they won't sit nicely. I notice that they don't really stay on well, especially if you live in a hot climate. You're honestly better off getting sticky bra's.
