grippy CAKES™ are designed to provide shape and seamless coverage under your favorite form-fitting clothes, workout tops and swimwear.
STEP 1: Remove CAKES from their packaging and save for later storage.
STEP 2: Place each cover directly on your skin underneath a snug top. We recommend getting dressed first, then inserting your CAKES.
STEP 3: Cup your CAKES over the center of each breast (shiny side down) and hold in place for 5 seconds. Your body's natural heat will warm and mold your CAKES seamlessly to your shape.
STEP 4: Wash and Care: Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean, let soak in warm water.

Get the DD version not the DDD+
I'm working with a natural 36J situation over here, so when I saw these came in both DD and DDD+ options, I figured I'd do a little comparison experiment. The smaller pair showed up first—and honestly? Not much difference than the nippies I owned first. Same general vibe, same coverage. If you like one, you'll like the other. Easy. Then the DDD+ version arrived. First of all, the box. Why was it so big? I opened it like I was about to unpack a kitchen appliance. And inside? I pulled out what can only be described as a nipple cover roughly the size of my toddler's head. I paused. Reflected. Questioned my life choices. Now, to be fair—they do fit. They technically do the job and sit in my bra just fine. But I can't help wondering: why do I need what feels like a full rubber dinner plate per side? Am I covering my chest or preparing for impact? Maybe there's some advanced, highly scientific reason for the jumbo version that I'm just not enlightened enough to understand yet. I'm open to hearing it. Truly. But for now, I'll be returning the globe-sized edition and sticking with the smaller ones… which, in comparison, feel delightfully reasonable.
Amazing, life saver!
These nipple covers are probably the best on the market. I always seen them advertised with good reviews before Ulta started selling them and wanted to try, once I seen them at Ulta I had to. I had double mastectomy because of breast cancer so I only have one nipple which is visible through tight shirts that don't go well with bras, it's always been a problem and made me uncomfortable. Not anymore with these! They fit comfortably, don't slip, and there's no outline at all. Gives you the look of a bra without wearing a bra, love it! So worth the purchase.
These have made such a difference, buy them!
I have been struggling with tightness and discomfort in the rib cage area with sensory issues and have difficulty wearing a bra. I have a professional job where I cannot go braless and I decided to give these a try. Cakes have made a world of difference where I can wear clothing and be concealed without a restrictive bra. I wear them daily. Even though they do not have adhesive, they stay in place under a reasonably fitted shirt. I may try the adhesive ones next time to give myself a little bit of a lift, but totally recommend this product.

literally did nothing. I wore this with a tight top and the only thing keeping it in place even a little was my top. an expensive piece of garbage. returned immediately.
Almost 3 years of consistent use
I got these in july of 2023 and use them ALL the time. Sports bras, swimsuits, and going out and dressing up. When they start to slip more easliy i just wash them in the sink and they're good as new. After 3 years of year round use, including while weightlifting and barre3, getting soaked in sweat and still sticking, im buying another pair just because it'll be nice spending less time looking for where i set them down the day before. Was trying to hold out for itty bitty triangles but doesnt seem like theyre coming
