• STEP 1: Remove CAKES from their packaging and save for later storage.

• STEP 2: Place each cover directly on your skin underneath a snug top. We recommend getting dressed first, then inserting your CAKES.

• STEP 3: Cup your CAKES over the center of each breast (shiny side down) and hold in place for 5 seconds. Your body's natural heat will warm and mold your CAKES seamlessly to your shape.
