The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin. However, we do not recommend applying this product to covered areas of the body such as the inner thighs or underarms, as these areas may have more sensitive skin, and the natural occlusion of these regions may make them more prone to irritation. I have only been using this product for 1-2 weeks and have seen so many good things. You can also use this product for many things. First, it took away my strawberry legs like that, made my armpits not stink, made my scalp not itchy or flaky, and it also is great for an after shave "serum" to get smooth legs.
