Subtle shine
Love that the pearl shade is a subtle shine on my medium-fair complexion. I'm in my 40s and prefer a more natural effect. I mix a small amount with my foundation for overall glow and add a dot or two over top where I want a bit more light reflection. I could see someone looking for very dramatic shine not liking this, but it's perfect for me. I have dry skin that I treat with Tret and this product doesn't seem to aggravated it.
Glow Wow
Purchased in Pearl. It's so smooth and gives me the perfect glow on cheeck bones. Certainly pops. I apply 2-3 dots on cheekbones and blend with fingertip. Does not fade through out the day. I've read up on how messey the tube can get…product transfer on tube. I squeeze the tube with very light pressure in order to avoid the transfer. Will see overtime of use if this continues to work.

destroys all makeup underneath and doesnt even look that glowy. if you're going to try and 'dupe' a popular product at least make sure it's halfway decent.

Will not blend seamlessly at all, especially applying it the way they recommend. I have tried a sponge, a brush, and my fingers. I got the best results using my fingers but still not good. It barely shows up and its just too much work for such little results. I thought maybe since it didnt work on my cheeks as a highlight, i could use it to brighten my inner corners, under my eyebrows, or maybe even use as a light shadow. But using it like this, it doesnt even show up. I dont recommend at all. I did try the contour stick from this launch, and it worked a lot better. I still have to work with it a bit but it blends well and doesnt eat through my other makeup. If you are determined to try one, do the bronzer or the blush not this.
